DO YOU SHIP ABROAD?

Absolutely, we ship worldwide with possibility to trace your parcel at anytime.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping costs are always included for all orders, regardless of the country of destination. Customs charges (duties and taxes) may apply depending on the destination country. 

 WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Items are shipped within 2 days as the orders are placed. Delivery could take up to 10 days depending on your country.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be shipped.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as your package is shipped. 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button, start over for each item, then go to your shopping cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment is made. We will prepare this and send you an order confirmation email.


WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We do accept several payment methods for broader flexibility. Checks and transfers are not accepted.


IS THE PAYMENT SECURED ?

Absolutely, our store is completely secure and we have an SSL encryption system to protect your personal and confidential data. We used the secure payment systems from Shopify Payments.


I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Have you received the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped for more than 2 weeks, contact us with your order number, we will launch an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

Yes, it's totally normal. To keep your wait as short as possible, we ship all items separately when they are ready to ship. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We are sorry, unfortunately it can happen. Please contact us explaining the problem and attaching a photo for proof, we will do our best to find a solution.

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I BE REFUNDED?

Absolutely, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction.

You must print the withdrawal form, send it to us by email and return your items to the address indicated (a return number will be communicated to you before return).

The return is made exclusively by post to our address and the return costs remain at your expense communicated by email in return of your request. Upon receipt your order will be fully refunded.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE "SATISFIED OR MONEY BACK" GUARANTEE?

You must be within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to be able to benefit from the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee, you must contact us before any return in order to follow the procedure indicated and the product must be sent to us, be returned in its original condition and packaging.


IN WHICH CASES I CANNOT BE REFUNDED?

If the product has been used and therefore cannot be resold as is.
If the shipment has not arrived at its destination due to an error in the delivery address indicated when ordering.
If the returns process has not been followed.
